Kardashians Planning To Toss Blac Chyna's Case Against Them

The Kardashians are challenging Blac Chynas lawsuit against them. The never ending drama continues as the kardashians are planning to have her case against RobKardashian thrown out of court. The Kardashians through their attorneys have filed a demurrer objecting her case against Rob Kardashian in which the mother of two claimed that  the Kardashian family was solely responsible foe E! not moving forward with the second season of Rob and Chyna which featured the former couple documenting the life of their Daugher, dream Kardashian.

The Kardashians on their part claim that Chyna was directly responsible for the show not going on when she filed a domestic violence restraining order against Rob kardashian earlier this year(2017) on july.The order prohibited Rob kardashian from contacting Blac Chyna in any way either directly or indirectly.Also he was not allowed to be seen anywhere near home or place of work.
This made the filming of the second season of Rob and Chyna impossible.
The filing,made by Kris Jenner and kim Kardashian West is scheduled for January 18thn in Los Angeles where they are expected to present their case against Blac Chyna.
