Its not about Raila , its about Kenya.

It is not about an individual but something greater, it’s about Kenya. We as Kenyans are tired of politicians trying to make everything about them, we are tired of you always missing the main point. It’s not always about you, have you ever thought that it might be about a greater cause. Something like the fight for democracy and answering a call of duty to our nation, to tell you that it’s enough. Mr. Odinga is just the person who took his time to fight for that right in which we all believe in irrespective of tribe.
We came together and named our achievement Kenya in 1963, we still stand by that. To have a free and fair place for all forty-two tribes to call home, this movement was represented by a few individuals for all people. That does not mean that independence belonged to them but to us all. In the words of our very own son Obama,  a Kenyan who also happens to be past insignificant tribal issues;  ‘’Yes we can!’’ and I believe we have always had it in us to do great things.

That’s why it is about us, like it was always meant to be. That’s why it is hard to believe how badly our politicians always miss the main point. How they always seem to put themselves first even in the most awkward situations. How they always seem to make everything about them and forget that they have a duty to their people and a date with history. Yes, how will we remember you? History in summary is just outright straight and that’s why people think its brutal. Finding your way around our judicial system for quite some time, but that was before Maraga showed up with a big broom. Thank God for that gentleman. But we have not forgotten and neither will history. It’s tempting to think of the headlines media houses and bloggers will have on articles in future, but I’m sure it will go something like ‘’ BALLING AND ROLLING OFF THE TEARS, PAIN AND SUFFERING OF A NATION A DECADE ON’’ and I bet a photo of your grandchild next to an expensive German machine will go well with such a touching caption. No reader would resist such an article. That’s how brutal and true history can turn out to be in just a second. So, let’s have a tendency of watching ourselves. We all have a date with history, so let’s prepare ourselves for it.  I bet our children, our next generation will have questions for us. Let’s have answers for them, we can’t afford not to.

A bigger and more disturbing issue in mind however is, how did such politicians find their way into our political sphere? Into such serious matters that impact on our lives directly and affect every household? Should that be the type of people in our leadership? Is that the best this great country can offer in terms of leadership? We as Kenyans need to identify where we went wrong because we are the right nation with the right type of people and this also happens to be the right time. We deserve better because we are the best. Kenya is calling on each and every one of you, I hope we will all stand for the truth and do the right thing when She calls. For when Kenyans come together great things happen, independence happened once and it can happen again. We just need to come together for all the good reasons and take leadership decisions more seriously and critically.
No one is too small to make a difference and everyone has a single vote, let’s make our voice as loud as possible for the whole world to hear. We are way more than ten million strong, we are a nation. This is Kenya, the land of possibilities and if it did not happen in Kenya, then it might have as well never happened. In the words of our very own Lupita Nyongo; No matter where you come from in the 254, your dreams are valid.
So, it has never been about Odinga, it’s about democracy and us the people of this great republic that we named Kenya together, in which collectively we are called the Kenyan people. It has always been about us the Kenyan people and not any politician. I still find the late Jaramogi Oginga Odinga very relevant years on. Still humbled by his observations, close insights and futuristic tendencies and that’s why I close the chapter of this line of thought with his words. ‘’Not yet Uhuru!’’

The supreme court however indicated that they did not find any evidence of criminal wrong doing by the IEBC chairman, Wafula Chebukati , IEBC commissioners ,secretariat  and staff.

The court found that the errors were systematic and IEBC staff were not accountable since there was no substantial proof that indicated so.

The court went on and directed IEBC to conduct fresh presidential elections in strict conformity to the law within stipulated timelines.
The court however criticized IEBC on whether they transmitted the form 34As to the national tallying centre  as required by section 39(1C) of the elections act. The commision was also criticized on failing to comply with the court order to provide read only access to their servers for proper examination of the database logs which would have provided basis on whether the petitioner's claims of hacking were true or false.
This lead to the conclusion that the the commissions IT system was infiltrated and data distorted or the officials themselves interfered with the system's data.
The petitioner's lead counsel James Orengo finished by urging the Director of Public Prosecutions to investigate and find the culprits in the commission that lead to the bungling of the election.

Zari denies knowing about Diamond Platinum's Affair

Zari Hassan, the mother of Diamond Platinum's two kids is not amused at all by her husband's behavior. Following recent rumors that were later confirmed as true that he actually fathered a child with Hamisa Mobeto. This has come to light after forty one days of Mobeto giving birth to a  bouncing baby boy  . All this time Diamond was away in London and so he asked his mother to go and see his son at the hospital on that day.Apparently Diamond had already made a deal with the girl that he was going to take care of this baby during the pregnancy and after.Zari Hassan who is the wife of the star did not know about this .

Diamond had made prior agreement even with his personal doctor to ensure that the delivery was a complete success. He however reiterated that the model had created an atmosphere to create controversy over the issue even after he personally sorted out all the hospital bills and provided the lady with constant upkeep of up to TSH 7 million to take care of herself during this delicate period .
He also added that he bought the lady a car and gave her .
Everything went to the dogs when the model went ahead and gave her new born baby diamonds full  names . According to diamond this was not the agreement the two had made earlier on. This sparked a long lasting trend on social media with his fans asking him what he was planning with the mother of his children , Zari Hassan, a Ugandan model whom he married a while back.
Later on Zari went to her Instagram to refute the claims that she knew about this whole charade of a "situationship" that diamond had with the model. She made it very clear that diamond had played himself and not her. In post ad

Am such an early morning person as some can see on my snap, usually up by 5am. Let's start this day on a different note, shall we🤗 Ladies and gentlemen I've heard you loud and clear, the advises, the consolation, the pity, the hurt you feeling on my behalf most of all the betrayal. But let's look at this on the positive side. When a person chooses to cheat on you it's not YOU actually its THEM which usually turns out that they played themselves while they thought they are playing you. You should never look down on yourself, don't ever think you are worthless because of another person's mistake & never blame yourself. But always look at how to pick yourself up and get going. That said, with my birthday approaching let's put all this negative energy behind us and appreciate, LIFE! 🌹

Nyeri M.P Files Petition To Remove C.J Maraga in Office

The Member of parliament of Nyeri has gone to court seeking to oust chief justice David Maraga on Thursday.  Mr. Ngunjiri Wambugu filed his case with the judicial service commission stating that the judgment of the august 8th poll was unjustified as one of the supreme court judges Mohammed Ibrahim was stopped from attending the hearings despite different allegations by the media stating that he was unwell and not fit to sit for the hearing sessions.
He also claims that the chief justice pressured the other judges to rule in favor of the opposition and he also has evidence to the effect that he wishes to submit to the judicial service commission as soon as possible. These claims of undue conduct by the chief justice are set to be presented to the commission for hearing before the next general elections set for the 17th of next month just in case a second hearing follows the election.
The elections were termed null and void by the supreme court due to massive electoral irregularities that were presented and proven by the opposition’s legal team lead by lead counsel James Orengo. The petition was presented after chaos broke out in most parts of the country resulting in deaths of unknown numbers of Kenyans, where the hardest hit places being Nairobi, Kisumu and other NASA strongholds.
The highly contested presidential elections that saw Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga face off on august 8th was won by Mr.Kenyatta according to IEBC despite various claims of additional ungazetted polling stations in the country and missing form eleven thousand (11,000) form 34As and missing water marks and security features in some of the available forms presented by the electoral and bounderies  commission to the court leading to the cancellation of the presidential results.
The member of parliament is shifting the blame of the court ruling to the chief justice despite the various discrepancies cited in the election bringing to question his objectivity. The IEBC also failed to comply with a court order to give access to their servers for auditing by the opposition claiming that the servers were in Europe and that those contracted to do the job were still asleep when the court order was given while they were still awake.
They also failed to address the issue of inmates being allowed to vote for their preffered presidential candidates while the rest of the ballot papers were not issued to them nor were they accounted for. They just seem to vanish as is in the case of transmitted results that came to Bomas of Kenya and reflected differently and Mr.Chebukati announcing the election results without eleven thousand form 34As. Which raises the question of whether the presidential election results were credible. This just goes to say that the claims by the Nyeri Member of parliament are shallow and not well thought out, this might just be one of those cases of the last kicks of a dying horse.
